For a 2010 Wrangler, you would need the Replace-A-Top Window Kit, part # B5812935. The kit is compatible with the factory top.
The Bestop Replace-A-Top window kit you referenced, part # B5812115 is compatible with 1997-2002 Wrangler models only, and would not work for your Jeep.
