The Demco Hijacker Premier Series part # DM6076P-21K does require a set of industry standard fifth wheel rails installed in the bed of the truck. If you have a Hijacker hitch already this will fit the same rails you have now but if you are looking for a set that fits your 1999 Ford F-250 you'd want the part # DM8552006-71.
