The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65076 will not reduce ground clearance on your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty.

I have added a photo that a customer sent in showing this hitch installed on their 2020 F-250, and as you can see, the receiver protrudes through the center of the air dam as opposed to under it, so your ground clearance will remain the same.
