Question:
What is the recommended fuse size for the 12v coming from the ignition switched side of the fuse box to the middle tap actuator of the solenoid for TR118665?

It isn't necessary to run a fuse to the center pin of the Isolation Solenoid part # PK5231201 as this circuit simply closes the circuit between the two pins on the outside posts of the solenoid.
