I am looking for a bed rack for my kyaks that canbe mounted on my truck . I have the bakflip cover installed.

Since you have a BAKFlip Tonneau Cover like # BAK48307 you can use the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4000946. I've included a video to show you more about the rack. In regards to your kayaks, I recommend getting a J-Style Carrier like # e98878. Our carrier is a universal mount and will mount to the bars on your ladder rack since the bars have dimensions of 1-1/2 inches.
Our carrier also folds up whenever you're not using them if you would like to keep them on your rack. This helps with wind noise and drag whenever you're going down the road, but if you wanted to take it off, it's super simple. All you need is your hands to install, remove and adjust! Depending on what kind of kayak you have you will want to adjust the rack that gives your kayak the snuggest fit. Once you do that, you can then take the included straps to tie everything down!
All in all I think you will be very pleased with the rack and carrier. I've used the carrier quite a bit and it is both cost effective and functional. I've included a video for both the ladder rack and the Kayak Carrier if you wanted to get a closer look!
