Great question! Yes the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR can hold four bikes and no PhD needed. Simply load your heaviest bike first and alternate your handlebars for each subsequent bike. I attached a couple of pictures that show four bikes loaded on the rack.
To make loading women's bikes or alternative frame bikes easier check out the Thule Adapter Bar # TH982XT. I included a video below to show how helpful this can be for loading alternative frames or even kid bikes.
Please note that if you have a Class I trailer hitch you will only be able to safely load two bikes onto the carrier, if this is the case just let me know what model vehicle you have and I will be happy to recommend some other solutions for the two remaining bikes.
