Best Air Conditioner With Heat for Enclosed Trailer

Question:

I am looking at buying an enclosed trailer that is 8.5 foot wide, 8 foot tall and 26 foot long. The trailer company I will be purchasing my trailer from does not install the units but will frame the trailer for the ac unit. which unit would be best for my trailer. Also, I plan on setting the trailer up to sleep in while i am camping. So it must have heat and Ac. Thank you.

The best air conditioning unit for your enclosed trailer is going to be from Advent, and includes a start capacitor and heat strip. You can choose from either white or black in color:

For an enclosed trailer, the 13,500 Btu will be plenty of power and the Advent ACs have a significant 500 cubic feet per minute of air flow, and has adjustable registers on the distribution box to help you control that air flow. The unit's start capacitor is also one of the reasons this is the best option because it will store energy, essentially giving your generator a power boost so you never have to worry about your AC not starting.
