Is there an installation video for the Westin Pro Traxx 4inch Oval Nerf bars

While we haven't had the opportunity to make a video on the 2018 JL. However the installation is quite easy to do with simple hand tools! It can be done in around an hour plus or minus a few minutes.
Westin designs most of their kits as a no drill installation which applies here. On the pinch weld where the rocker panel meets the floor there are holes available for mounting and holes just below those to give the structural integrity.
The four brackets will attach to these already existing mounting holes. You then add your steps to them tighten them down and you're all set.
