The Galvanized Steel, L-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets for Plastic Single-Axle Fender # PF775-BKT-2, which can be used to mount the Fulton # F008554 fenders have 1/2" bolt holes on them- so you'd need to use bolts that size if using those. You can also use any existing hardware that you might have from the parts you're replacing, but there is not specific hardware for these fenders or brackets.
