The 635801 Thule Force XT Extra-large Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier - 18 cu ft - Black AeroSkin # TH6358B requires 47-1/2 inches from the center of the front crossbar to the gap where the roof meets the hatch. You can simply measure from the center of your Yakima Jetstream front crossbar to the seam of your roof to confirm a fit without interference on your 2018 Audi Q5.
