2019 Highlander LE plus Will this cover the 2nd row bench seat when completed folded down. I need the whole area behind the front seats covered with a cargo mat.

The WeatherTech Cargo Liner part # WT40692 is designed to fit right up to the rear of your second row of seats. It will not give total protection but by adding the etrailer Cargo Area Protector part # e98877 you can get complete coverage even up to the back of the driver and passenger seats.
