Would it be possible to put a rachet in place or in addition to the brake on the winch #PSKR15000301 . For instance could I install a rachedt repair kit similar to Item # F501117. I ask because my winch brake broke and would like to either get a manual brake or perhaps a very similar winch with a manual break. Thank you

We have ratcheting brake winches like the Dutton Lainson part # DL14830 but there isn't a way to convert the Pro Series winch to be a ratcheting winch with a repair kit. This winch has a 2,500 lb weight capacity and also has 2 speeds and the ratchet is reversible.
