Do you carry or are aware of any nerf-style stainless bars that dont require removing and trimming/cutting the plastic rock guard panels underneath the vehicle to access factory holes? Thanks.

Take a look at the Westin Oval Tube Steps, # 22-5050-1825. I have linked the instructions for you. In the instructions you will see that there is no trimming required to install them on a 2009 Toyota Highlander.
