Do either the curt or drawtight mount to the inside of frame so the tailpipe is not a concern with clearance?

Both the Draw-Tite # 75549 and Curt # C13388 trailer hitches mount to the inside of the frame so they won't be a problem for your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with the standard bumper.

I kind of like the look of the Curt better to I recommend going that route over the Draw-Tite, plus we have found that the Curt hitches tend to have better welds and a thicker powder coat so they are a little more durable.
