I may have a solution for you, but I'm not seeing anything that has a white base like your existing lights. It does look like you could use the Bargman Triple Tail Light - 5 Function - Incandescent - Chrome Base - Red and Clear Lens # 30-85-002.

I've linked a photo with the dimensions of the light and the mounting holes for you to see if they match up with your existing lights. If they don't and you can provide me with the dimensions of your current tail lights I'd be happy to see if we can find anything that will fit on your 1986 Toyota Dolphin.
