I have a lance 650 truck camper and 2 ecotric step thru bikes. Looking for a rack that would allow me to access the camper and be very secure on the rack when travelling.

The best option I have for you to carry bikes with a truck bed camper attached is on the front of the vehicle with a front mount hitch. The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65080 is a confirmed fit for a 2008 Toyota Tundra and what I recommend.
