Can you tell me if the LC26FR is a direct swap part for the passenger side rear Hydraulic Leveling Jack of my 2004 Gulf Stream Friendship G7?

As long as your 2004 Gulf Stream Friendship G7 has the Lippert Level Up Hydraulic leveling system the part # LC26FR is the correct replacement jack for it. I don't have a way to look up what your RV may have or had installed later so I can't tell you directly.
