The Tekonsha P3, part # 90195 would do exactly what you're looking for. The controller offers a full display showing how much power is being delivered to the trailer brakes during each braking event. It also will keep you apprised of any problems that might occur in your braking system by delivering a visual alert on the display. The controller also provides 5 different presets, so you can set it up for 5 different trailers and toggle through them easily.
If you're looking for something less expensive, you could use the Tekonsha Primus, part # TK90160. The Primus doesn't have the presets, but it does feature an LED display that tells you how much power is being delivered to the trailer brakes according to how the controller is set which will be much more helpful than the controller you're using now. I've linked to product description videos for both controllers.
