At this time there are no hitches available for your 2020 Lexus RX 350. The safest way to carry bikes is with a roof rack and roof bike rack.
I have attached a link to the fits for your vehicle. One thing to keep in mind is the style of roof you have. Some trim packages have a naked roof while some come with a flush mounted rail that runs just above your doors on the roof.
I also attached a link to the roof bike racks we offer. With the RX 350 not being a very tall vehicle it helps with getting your bikes on top of your car. Their are two main styles of roof bike racks are Fork Mount & Wheel Mount. Fork mounts tend to be a little easier to get loaded up on taller cars because the front tire is removed and you don't have to mount the bike in a taller position. With your car not being as tall this shouldn't be too much of an issue. I like the wheel mount style because you don't have to store your front tire in the vehicle and you are ready to start riding as soon as you take the bike off of the roof.
When it comes to Fork Mounts I like the RockMounts TieRod Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # RKY1012. It is easy to use and when you don't have your bikes on throughout the week it has a slim design that doesn't look to awkward on top of your car. It doesn't come with locks so I would pick up a set of lock cores from RockyMounts # RKY0332. They are pretty easy to install.
One of my favorite wheel mounts is the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103. With this design you can have your bike rack facing forward or backwards and you wont have any issues reaching through to get the arms in place compared to other wheel mount styles. You will need to add locks to this bike rack as well # Y07202.
I have a few videos attached below to show you how the bike racks work.
