In order to carry kayaks on a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado you'll need to start with a roof rack, the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System part # RRVA137B-2, part # RRRLKVA, and part # DK227 is my recommendation. Then in order to secure the kayaks, you'll need to do so on their side, the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier part # RRS520 is a great cost effective option with the ability to expand if needed.
