Good morning. I am looking for a complete dinghy set up for my 2019 Ford Ranger, towing behind a 36 Class Gas. can you please verify these part numbers are all compatible and that I dont need anything additional? BX7380, BX2679, 22124, RM-88400, HM-39524

For your 2019 Ford Ranger you are on the right track for picking out flat towing components with the Blue Ox base plate kit part # BX2679 and tow bar # BX7380 but the wiring kit you mentioned is for trailer towing so instead you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.
The Stealth kit part # HM39524 is a great choice as well as you'll need the Brake Lite Relay part # RM-88400.
