The Hopkins Backup Sensor System , part # HM60100VA, you have referenced is a mounting bracket with 2 sensors that give off an audible alarm when detecting an object when going in reverse. It does not have a camera. The mounting bracket can be painted, but you will not want to paint the sensors.
If you are wanting the backup sensor system with a camera and monitor you will need to use the Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors, part # HM60195VA. This is the mounting bracket, sensors, camera, monitor, wires and hardware necessary for installation. Also, the mounting bracket can be painted but not the sensors or the camera.
