It says replaces 1621hd, mine is a 1621shd. Will this still work?

The only difference between a Lippert 1621 HD and SHD is the weight capacity. A 1621HD has an 18K capacity, while a 1621SHD has a 21K capacity. As far as the bolt-up goes, there is no difference.
Long story short, as long as the as-towed weight of your 5th wheel is less than the 20K capacity of the
# RP85FR Reese Goose Box, it'll work perfectly for you.
