Looking to purchase and have installed a hitch for 2020 Mazda CX-9. Carrier will be used for 4 bikes. Cannot seem to navigate website to find install info. Also not sure if we need class 2 or 3. Thank you

To carry 4 bikes you will need a Class III hitch with a 2 inch opening so for your 2020 Mazda CX-9 the Draw Tite hitch # 76020. The 2 inch hitch is preferred for 4 bike racks because it has better weight capacities and more 4 bike racks are made for this hitch size so you have better options.
If you don't have a bike rack in mind already the Thule Apex Swing XT part # TH9027XT is a really great option. It comes with a hinge setup that allows you to swing the rack away from the rear of the vehicle with bikes loaded to give you complete access to the rear hatch area.
