The Furrion Chill HE AC Unit part # FR55PV would be an excellent choice for your 2012 Fleetwood Discovery. We've found that the Furrion units are quieter and blow colder air than other units, so we recommend them highly. This is also a higher BTU rating than others which will be helpful in a larger motorhome like yours.

It has vents in the ceiling.

You'd want a system that does not have an air distribution box like the # FACR15SA-BL since it sounds like what you have is ducted already. For a controller you'd want the # FACC12SA-BL and for a thermostat # FACW12PA-BL.
