I have a Truxedo Lo Pro QT on my 2012 F150 FX4 5.5Ft Bed. The number on the bottom of the tarp is I think 5974 05 16 12. Is TX577601-CVR the correct replacement cover? Does #TX1704187 come with hardware or do you have to reuse the existing hardware? Is #TX1115174 the correct replacement velcro for the rails? I assume the replacement cover has vercro pre attached?

The correct replacement tarp for the TruXedo Lo Pro QT that fits your 2012 Ford F-150 with the 5-1/2' bed is part # TX577601-CVR just like what you referenced.
You will need to reuse the existing hardware to install the Replacement Header Stop # TX1704187.
The part # TX1115174 is the correct piece you need for the Velcro fastener. I reached out to my contact at TruXedo who confirmed all of this for me and who said you'd need this Velcro piece as well.
