Arm of Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain is Not Locking

Question:
As of recent my towbar does not seem to lock and i am getting swaying! my unit is the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain! I have tried cleaning and lubricating the arms but it still feels like one arm is not locking! Is there anything else to try???

I know you said you cleaned and lubricated the arms of the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain # RM-422, but I think you still need to clean the locking mechanisms which is why you're having an issue. Attached is a page from the instructions for the BlackHawk 2 All Terrain that you can check out. Please note that you need to be using a silicone lubricant and not a petroleum-based product as that will trap dirt instead of working it out of the system.
