Troubleshooting Voltage at 4 Pin Flat Trailer Connector

Question:
Im only getting 8 volts at rear of truck f150.is this normal? There is 12 volts at battery.

You should be getting 12 volts from each function when that function is active. The amperage will be less and can vary between functions. You can use a multimeter like # PT89ZR to check this.
