The difference between part # LC346005 and part # LC304136 is basically just the different systems they control.
I reached out to Lippert with your picture and they told me part # LC346005 is the correct one you need. It's the control module for Ground Control 3.0 # LC675817.
You'll need to reset up your Ground Control like it was new after install.
