Speed rating for Tires that Fit a 14.5 Wheel

Question:
Hi I’m reading most bias tires are better for farm use etc. what is the speed rating on the 8-14.5 tires you sell? Also is there any radial option for 14.5 tires? Thanks!

We do typically recommend using bias tires for off-road applications like farm use, but until the radial tires came out, bias was the standard and so there is no harm in using them on the highway, they just won't perform as well as radials.
The speed rating for the Kenda 8-14.5 tires, part # AM10333 (load range F - 2,835 lbs at 100 psi) is 65 mph.
I did some checking but it doesn't look like there are any other tires for a 14.5" wheel so you'll want to use one of the ones listed above. Simply choose which load range you need based off of your weight rating needs for the trailer and don't forget to make sure you have a metal valve stem # AM20906 on your wheels to ensure they can withstand the higher psi ratings!
