Assuming you have the Truxedo Lo Pro QT # TX581101 tonneau cover, the replacement tarp for your 2001 Sierra Short Bed would be part # TX581101-CVR. The front and rear uses the same part number seal which is part # TX1704787. The seals are sold individually, so you'd need to order a quantity of 2. The replacement velcro is # TX1115174.
