We actually carry the replacement left hand drum # DRUM-M-3LH which is for M-3 Dual Ramp Springs # ERS120D81 and # ERS160D96. Since this can be a tricky installation we do recommend that only someone with experience (like a local garage door company) do the install.
If you have a different spring that we don't carry then you'll want to reach out to that manufacturer for replacement parts as these aren't necessarily universal pieces.
