The only ladder rack that we have confirmed to work perfectly with the BakFlip tonneau covers without interference is the Adarac ladder racks part # A4002965 for the 5-3/4 foot bed or part # A4003498 for the 6-1/2 foot bed. There is not a great option for the 8 foot bed that won't at least interfere with the rubber weather stripping on most covers but if you are more specific about which cover you have I can look into it if you have a 8 foot bed otherwise I recommend the Adarac.
