Can Trailer Hitch Be Installed On 2003 Toyota Tundra with Factory Hitch and Bumper Removed

Question:
I have a 2003 Toyota Tundra Limited extra cab 4.7 4X4 I am replacing my factory Hitch because It has a rusted hole in it. I believe that the Hitch was Factory Towable... It was mounted to the frame like a class 3 reciever hitch would be but it had a reciever mount mounted to the bottom of the Bumper basically. I am replacing the bumper because it has rust on it too ... the bumper I am installing is not a towable bumper like the one that is coming off... it is Not mounted the same way.. looks like a basic bumper mount... so would the Draw Tite 75105 be a good fit for what I need??

I do have options for you but all of the trailer hitch options we offer for a 2003 Toyota Tundra are designed for models without a factory trailer hitch and with a factory bumper. Therefore, I am not going to be able to give the exact yes/no answer you are looking for. However, if you were to replace the factory towable bumper with a factory non-towable bumper I would think installing a trailer hitch would now work. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75105 is a good option but you'll need to take a look at how it mounts (see video) and make sure you have those same holes in order to confirm compatibility, there is no other way.
