The Replacement Head Assembly for Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30892 will only work with the Replacement Center Section for Reese M5 5th Wheel Hitch part # RP30894 or part # RP30884. If you have a Reese Select Plus 5th Wheel Hitch you would need to use the 20K Select Plus Fifth Wheel Head Kit part # 58292.
