The Adarac ladder rack from ACI installs atop the bed side rail, using the stake pockets as attachment points. Because your BAK BAKFlip G2, tonneau cover leaves the top of the bed side uncovered, it will be compatible. Due to the style of tonneau you have, you'll want a ladder rack with uprights that extend at a 90° angle to the bed side so the uprights won't interfere with the cover folding up against the rear of the cab. This is an economical solution that will work perfectly.

For a 5-1/2 foot bed, I'd recommend the # A4001666, for the 6-1/2 foot bed, use # A4001671 and for an 8 foot bed, use # A4001676. Load stops like # A4000880 and a pad/strap combo like # RRRWP03 would work great for carrying a kayak.
