Does Thule make any adapters so I can carry my ebikes?

For E-Bikes you're actually going to need to use a platform bike rack as all hanging bike racks, including the Thule Camber # TH9058 just don't have the strength to hold the heavier bikes. Most of the time hanging bike racks have a weight rating of 35-37.5 lbs per bike, but I think the most I've seen is maybe 37.5 as one point.
The platform bike rack that I recommend for you is the Saris Freedom # SA4412B because it can hold up to 2 bikes weighing 60 lbs each, and it can fit both 1-1/4" and 2" receivers. Just be sure that you have standard tires (nothing over 3" wide) and that your bike frame is a fairly normal size (nothing really wide in the middle) so the middle cradle will fit and you're good to go!
