Hello, I am wanting to buy roof racks for my 2013 Chevy Sonic sedan to carry a kayak, which would be the best model for this?

The Rhino Rack Vortex roof rack part numbers # RRVA106B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK315 is what I recomend for carrying a kayak with the 2013 Chevy Sonic. This has wider bars which will allow you mount the carrier closer to the edge of the roof which allows the kayak to be easier loaded into it.
For a carrier then the etrailer kayak carrier # e98878 would be a really solid choice that is easy to load, folding, padded, and comes with straps.
