Replacement Handle for a Fulton Trailer Jack

I need a new handle for the Fulton 1600 lbs trailer jack. The ones shown look different in the way that I dont have bushing flanges. My jack has a one peace plastic lid with a hole and a built in bushing. the handle does not go threw the cap.

For Fulton jacks we have 3 handles. Handle # F0933305S00 is designed to fit the following jacks: TJ1055, TJ1057, TJ1222, TJ255, TJD125, TJ122F, XP15/L/W/WC and XP15L.
Handle # F500134 fits Fulton F2 series jacks.
Handle # F0933301S00 fits the following models: TJ503/C, TJU503, PMJ53, TJ507/C, PMJ75, CS750, GR700/TJ712, XP10/L/W/WC and XP100.
If you do not have one of the models listed, let me know which model you do have and/or tell me the type of jack it is (A-frame, swivel, rack and gear and so on) and its approximate age.
