Where are the bumper fascia tabs? 2009 Subaru Tribeca

When installing the Curt Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # C13046, on the 2009 Subaru Tribeca the plastic fascia tabs will be located on the lower part of the bumper towards the corners. It will allow the plastic rear fascia to flex enough to allow the hitch to be installed to the bumper beam. I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Curt hitch, but it does not show where the tabs are located.
