Question:
I have a 2005 Chevy Colorado z85 rwd. I was wondering if I would be able to install this with the aries grill guard I have already installed or if i would have to sacrifice the grill guard for this

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 31221 is an excellent option and a confirmed fit for a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado. It features no-drill installation and will allow you to carry bikes, haul extra cargo, mount a winch, or use a snowplow. That said, you will need to remove any bull bar or grille guard as they install in the same location of a front mount hitch. However, the trailer hitch is much more versatile than a grille guard so it's a fair swap.
