The Steelers hitch cover, # HCC20176XCHMP, is designed to fit 2 inch trailer hitches. If the factory hitch on your 2008 Chevy TrailBlazer is a 2 inch then the cover will fit. To secure the cover and deter theft, I recommend the receiver lock # e98880. I have included a link to an help article on how to measure the receiver to determine the size.
