I have the swagman S64689 and i snapped the wheel cradle strap can it be replaced?

Yes it can be replaced! The replacement wheel cradle strap that you need for the Swagman E-Spec 2-Electric Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches part # S94FR (S64689) is replacement strap part # S34FR which comes with 2 self tapping screws to re-install the strap.
We also carry the Replacement Locking Long and Short Hooks part # SP428 for the Swagman E-spec as well.
