Expert Reply:
In order to install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76025 on a 2014 Honda Odyssey you"ll need to trim the fascia in the center to allow the receiver tube opening to pass through and above the tail pipe. The reason you must trim the portion of the fascia above the tail pipe is that the hitch will come into contact with this piece if not remove. It is possible not to remove this piece but by not doing so you"ll put stress on other parts of the bumper which can lead to clips breaking and the bumper sagging or start to come off over time.
The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98862 is a great alternative option that does not require any fascia trimming.
