I do have a solution for you, but the Reese Rail Adapter # RP30156 that you referenced is a fit for the Ford puck system so it wouldn't be compatible with your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 puck system.
Instead you can use the Demco Rail Adapter # DM6194 which is essentially the same thing as the Reese option, just from Demco and it fits your short bed pickup. If you have a long bed then you need the Demco Rail Adapter # DM6206 instead. At this time (March 2020) Reese doesn't have a rail adapter for the new Chevy puck system and the Curt Adapter # C16023 is designed so that it only works with the Curt sliding hitches (which I don't really understand).
I have attached a photo a customer sent in of this adapter on a Denali for you to reference as well as a video of the adapter being installed on a 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 for you to check out. The autosliding 5th wheel hitch in the video is the Demco Hijacker # DM8550035.
