Question:
I've got a 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ and my old hitch has seen better days. What do you recommend to replace it? Need something with a 2" receiver. Thanks in advance

I know exactly what you need! I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" which has a durable matte black powder coating that will hide nicks, dirt and blemishes much better than the glossy black finish that some other hitches have. This hitch has a 2" receiver and will mount to the rear of your YJ without any drilling required.
If you need to also replace your trailer wiring harness on your 1992 YJ, I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118356 which will tee into the plugs behind your tail lights and provide you with a 4 way connector to power the lights on a trailer.
I've linked some installation videos of the wiring harness and a similar hitch that will install in the same manner for you to refer back to if you're going to be installing these yourself.
