I want to carry our new ebikes when we camp. Can this bike rate be used behind our Casita travel trailer? If it needs to be between the car Ford Escape and the travel trailer, will if work with our Anderson Anti Sway hitch that we tow the camper with?

For an RV approved hitch bike rack that has enough capacity for E-bikes the best option is the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # KU84FR as it is 2-bike, RV approved, has the weight capacity for E-bikes, and also only touches the bikes at the tires.
The Swagman # S64664 only has a 35 lb per bike capacity so it would not be rated for the weight of your E-bikes.
