Do you know if VW would void any or all parts of the warranty if I put one of your hitch receivers on my GTI? Thanks.

The short answer is no, adding a trailer hitch receiver to your 2019 Volkswagen Golf GTI will not void your warranty because you are protected by what is called the Federal Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act. This act says if something breaks on your vehicle and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless whatever you have added to your vehicle or its installation actually caused the problem in question.
The trailer hitch receivers that fit your 2019 VW Tiguan are:
- EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7376 (1-1/4 inch receiver) or # 306-X7375 (2 inch receiver)
- Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24979
