I am looking for a Gooseneck Hitch for a 1995 GMC 3500HD Cab and Chassis Truck, it has 34 inch frame rails. What are my options?

I do have an option for you but there is currently not a custom fit goose neck hitch available for the 1995 GMC C/K Series cab and chassis.
Instead I recommend the weld on B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks part # BWGNRK1500 which will give you a 30,000 lb gooseneck ball on your flat bed. When you are done towing you can unlatch the ball, flip it over and store it in the gooseneck hole. I have attached the installation instructions of this hitch for your reference.
