Question:

The bike rack that is being used in the review video and our pictures for the Thule Access Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks # TH9037 that you referenced is a previous model of the Thule T2 Pro XTR bike rack for 2 inch hitches # TH83JV. You can use this with any cargo carrier designed for a 2 inch hitch such as the Curt # C18152.

The # TH9037 can be used at the back of motorhomes like your Sprinter and has a 350 lb capacity so it could easily be used to carry two 50 lb e-bikes as well. It also adds the extension you are wanting too. The T2 I mentioned in previous answer also has a 60 lb per bike capacity so it would work well with your 50 lb e-bikes too.
